This detached townhouse was developed around the support structure of a former stable with 4m high ceilings. The first floor spaces were to be particularly prestigious and individual.
The capped ceilings in the living area were exposed and restored. A ceiling frieze with light cove provides the necessary framework.

The client wanted a large and prestigious kitchen as the center of family life, modern and inviting. To achieve this, valuable materials such as concrete, burnished steel, polished brass and oak wood were used. Each surface develops a beautiful and natural patina over time.
