Only the foundation walls of the city villa from the thirties have been preserved. At first glance hardly imaginable, but everything seems somehow harmoniously grown and original. In fact, after two years of planning, everything has been newly created. The newly created staircase is the core and distributor of the house, also in terms of design. The variety of different materials, colors and surfaces starts here and continues colorfully and lightly in the living rooms.
