New construction single family house/ Franken

The floor plans in an existing building were to be redesigned to meet the requirements and needs of the client.
Due to high costs and serious compromises that would have had to be made, it was ultimately decided to demolish the detached house and rebuild it with an almost identical exterior. Also in terms of color.
The client’s great affinity and connoisseurship for design and architecture from the 50s and 60s were formative for the interior planning. To interpret this style in a contemporary way was the planning goal that was developed and offered.

Four woods were combined throughout the interior design:
Oak, walnut, teak and wenge.
